Conditions:
Winner may choose their travel dates – no dates are currently held.
Trip must be booked by 30 November 2025 for travel anytime from the date the prize is won until 30 November 2026.
Prize is based on seats being available in low season (“S” class) and excludes school/public holidays. Surcharges apply if lower-priced seats are not available on your chosen dates.
Winner may pay additional surcharges to travel on alternative dates.
If the hotel is unavailable, the winner may pay a surcharge to change room type, upgrade, or select an alternative hotel.
Helloworld Waipukurau takes no responsibility for visas or passports. All visa and passport costs are the winner’s responsibility.
Prize excludes travel insurance (winner’s expense).
Flights are ex-Auckland; airport transfers are not included.
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash but may be exchanged for other travel of the same value booked through Helloworld Waipukurau.

If the package becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute all/part of the prize with an alternative of equal value.
No compensation is payable if the winner or companion cannot use the prize due to refusal of entry, behaviour, or safety concerns.
The promoter (Ruahine Animal Rescue) is solely responsible for this raffle and for confirming the winner.
