“I give to Ruahine Animal Rescue (Incorporated in New Zealand, Charities Commission Registration Number CC43671), the sum of $________ / ______% of my estate / the residue of my estate / (describe specific asset), for its general purposes, with the wish that the organisation may use these funds as they see fit to support the rescue and rehoming of animals in their care.

If at the date of my death or the date of distribution of my estate any charity named above does not exist, or has amalgamated with another charity or has changed its name, such gift shall not fail, but my executors shall pay it to the charitable organisation which they consider most nearly fulfils the objects I intended to benefit.

I declare that the official receipt of the Treasurer, Chairperson, or other authorised officer of Ruahine Animal Rescue shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors for the gift, and my executors shall not be bound to see to the application of this gift.”
