We're a bunch of Central Hawke's Bay locals caring for and rehoming cats and dogs who need us. Right now, we're also fighting to secure a permanent home of our own.

WHO WE ARE

Founded by locals who couldn't watch and do nothing.

Most of our founders volunteered with the former Waipukurau SPCA. When it closed, we saw the gap it left — and stepped up to fill it, built almost entirely on community fostering.

RESCUE THE RESCUE

Every rescue animal deserves somewhere safe to land. So does the rescue itself.

We currently share space with CHB District Council Animal Services, which means every visit needs an appointment. A permanent home would mean drop-in hours, more foster capacity, and a real base for the community to rally around.
